The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy.
Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

The Summer House has been created to provide high quality 'Cape Cod style' accommodation for four guests. It has a fully functional kitchen with two ovens,hob,microwave oven, dishwashers, and fridges.There is a modern wet room shower and hand shower. Wi-fi is available along with streamed TV and Ceiling speakers for playing music through a Sonos system. Outside there is a personal patio area with dining table and chairs along with use of a BBQ over looking the whole 14 acre plot and on to pony open countryside.
